Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
To protect the health, safety, and comfort of all guests and staff, Lush Nail Bar Senoia reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service that may be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the permitted scope of nail care services.
We may refuse service to:
- Clients with visible nail or skin conditions that may be contagious.
- Clients with open wounds, bleeding, or signs of infection in the service area.
- Clients whose health or medical condition may make the requested service unsafe.
- Anyone who behaves in a rude, abusive, aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward our staff or other guests.
- Clients requesting medical treatment or procedures, including the removal or treatment of ingrown toenails.
Georgia State Board Notice
Lush Nail Bar Senoia is licensed by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers.
In accordance with Georgia regulations, cosmetology services may only be performed on intact, healthy skin and nails. Our nail technicians do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment.
We cannot perform services in areas involving:
- Ingrown toenails requiring treatment or removal
- Open wounds or active bleeding
- Infections or infected tissue
- Skin or nail conditions that may be contagious or medically unsafe
If you have an ingrown toenail, infection, open wound, or other medical condition affecting your feet or nails, we respectfully recommend that you seek treatment from a licensed podiatrist or physician.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Please treat gift cards as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.
Client Safety & Service Guidelines
Diabetic Clients
Please inform your technician before your service if you have diabetes or another medical condition that may require special precautions.
For your safety, Lush Nail Bar Senoia does not perform cutting services on diabetic clients.
Personal Belongings
Lush Nail Bar Senoia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, including cell phones, jewelry, handbags, or other valuables.
Cell Phone Courtesy
To help maintain a relaxing environment for everyone:
- Please place your phone on silent or vibrate.
- Keep phone conversations brief and at a respectful volume.
- We recommend using a hands-free device whenever possible during your service.
Children in the Salon
Children receiving salon services are always welcome.
For everyone’s safety:
- Children who are not receiving services must always remain with a supervising adult.
- Running, playing, or roaming throughout the salon is not permitted.
Children’s Pedicure Chair Policy
If a child is too tall or is unable to sit comfortably and safely in our children’s pedicure chair, the child will be seated in a standard adult pedicure chair and charged the regular adult pedicure price.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 3 calendar days of your appointment. We will gladly inspect the service and make reasonable adjustments when appropriate.
For full sets and fill-in services, complimentary repairs for lifting, cracking, or nail breakage may be provided within 7 calendar days of the original service, following an inspection by the salon.
After 7 calendar days, Lush Nail Bar Senoia is not responsible for lifting, cracking, or nail breakage. Repairs requested after this period will be charged as a new service.
The 7-day repair policy does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, picking, biting, excessive force, improper aftercare, or work performed or modified by another salon or individual.
Refunds are not provided for services that have already been provided.
